is manufacturing chocolate bars of 60% and a 72% cacao content. The factory is open for visitors, but we recommend that you

Grinding Cacao Beans
Un-sophisticated, well-used equipment is used for the manufacture of their delicious chocolate. On the photo above
you can observe their grinding machine, and if you are lucky you might even taste the raw chocolate liquor which has a bitter
flavor. |
Separating Cacao Butter
The cacao butter is isolated from the chocolate liquor by using this machine. The cacao butter is the main ingredient in white chocolate,
but is also added to dark chocolate to make it more smooth. It is also used in cosmetics.
